To whom it may concern:
It is with sincere gratitude and appreciation that this letter of commendation is written on behalf of Mr. Tom Doner of Flameworked Creations.  Tom brought in and set up all of the necessary equipment; specially purchased eyewear, propane and oxygen tanks, raw materials, and beautifully finished examples of his work for a day of demonstration and exposure to the art of glass blowing.  The thing Tom most notably brought and shared continuously throughout the day was his enthusiasm for his craft. It was clearly evident that he is passionate and committed to excellence in his expression through his medium.  He and his colleagues quickly established a comfortable rapport with the students and professionals alike.  He along with his associates Elaine Doner (his wife) and Luke Gardner demonstrated and discussed various glass blowing techniques to approximately 350 students throughout an entire day, breaking only to have lunch.  Tom generously gave to the students the pieces he created while demonstrating techniques.  As he worked, questions were answered and safety issues were continually emphasized.

My daughter and I first learned of your business when her girl scout troop came for a glass blowing demonstration.  It was very interesting and informative. I bought my daughter a mushroom necklace the day we were there.  Since then I have been back a couple times and bought the rice necklaces as gifts. I have also received a glass angel from your store as a Christmas gift. I wanted to let you know that I think you work is wonderful and beautiful.  I am also really impressed with how nice and caring you and your wife are. I had to wait today for my necklaces to be finished.  It did not bother me at all but your wife was so kind as to give me two gift pouches free for waiting.  We need more businesses in the area that have such a friendly atmosphere.
